We do not recommend that any of our pieces are manipulated by third parties as this could alter the very nature of the piece. We are not responsible for what may happens to the piece if you decide to alter it.
Durability will depend always on how the piece is cared for.
To ensure your jewellery continues to live its best life, you should avoid:
- All liquids including water, salt water, chlorine, shampoo & conditioner, perfume, soap, make-up, fake tan, hairspray, cleaning products, lotions, oils and oxidising agents.
- Swimming, showering and washing your hands – always remove your jewellery first.
- Jewellery must be removed before any kind of exercise. Sweat is a complex, natural thing and it can speed up tarnish.
- Save them separately inside a cloth bag or its original box.
This avoid scratches and blows.
To clean, gently polish with a soft cloth.
As we are craftsmen, we do not accept returns. While some pieces may be kept in stock, they are not fully finished. Each item is only completed and adjusted to the requested size once the order is placed. As a result, all of our jewellry is ultimately personalized.
You can request an exchange within 15 days of purchase, but only for size changes or adjustments,

It is only possible to exchange as long as the piece is in the state in which it was purchased. We therefore recommend that you keep the order in the packaging.
If the exchange is for reasons of any defect in the articles or our mistake, QIMERA STUDIO assumes responsibility and costs inherent to the process.
Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for any problems with the package once it is in transit, but we will do our best to help you and offer a solution.

Finding your perfect size is simple: place a ruler next to your earlobe and check its lenght, as well as the distance from the piercing to the top and bottom of the lobe.If you're unsure whether the earrings will fit your ear perfectly, you can email us at qimerastudio@gmail.com with your ear measurements and earring hole position. We can adjust them to your specifications as a custom order. We'll craft your perfect pair, no extra cost.
We can even adjust the post position (the pin that goes through your ear) to better suit your anatomy. Just get in touch so we can help determine the ideal placement for your ear.
If needed, we'll perfect the fit or exchange for another piece.
