Each piece is finished with a protective coating for lasting shine. To keep it beautiful, put it on after perfume and creams, remove it before water and exercise, and store it in its pouch. Gently polish with the cotton cloth included. More details in our FAQ.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. If your piece does not feel perfect, we may be able to adjust it to ensure the ideal fit. Our signature Nomada earrings feature a beautiful curved design that hugs your ear for a secure and comfortable fit. Finding your perfect size is simple: place a ruler next to your earlobe and check its length, as well as the distance from the piercing to the top and bottom of the lobe.
If you're unsure whether the earrings will fit your ear perfectly, you can email us at qimerastudio@gmail.com with your ear measurements and earring hole position. We can adjust them to your specifications as a custom order. We'll craft your perfect pair, no extra cost.
We can even adjust the post position (the pin that goes through your ear) to better suit your anatomy. Just get in touch so we can help determine the ideal placement for your ear.
If needed, we'll perfect the fit or exchange for another piece.
Their unique shape has two curves. The smaller one goes on top, and the larger one at the bottom. This guarantees a perfect, comfortable fit.
