PRODUCTION & SHIPMENT
1.TIME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER +
Ready to ship - Please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipment as they need to be hallmarked by the assay office, the entity responsible for legalizing and controlling the sale of precious metals such as silver. This ensures that everything is in perfect condition before it reaches your hands. If there is any inconvenience with this waiting period between purchase and shipment, please contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com.
Made by order - It takes between 15 and 20 working days to produce each piece as we are artisans and we work on each one in a very special and unique way. However, we will do our best to make sure you enjoy it as soon as possible.
2.TRACKING NUMBER +
Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track it. In this email you will be able to change the delivery address or select a service point to pick up your package.
If you're not sure whether the earrings will fit perfectly on your ear, you can send an email to qimerastudio@gmail.com, providing the measurements of your ear and your earring hole. It's possible to make them to your measurements by custom order.
4.ENGRAVING SERVICE +
It is possible to make a personalized engravings on your jewellery, for an additional cost of 50€. The recording is a maximum of 10 characters.
In the case of engraved pieces, it is possible to exchange or adjust the size, but the added value of the engraving is not included. That is, if the change is a size adjustment, and you want to keep the engraving, the cost of the service is charged again. In the case of exchanging for another piece, the exchange value is only considered that of the base piece, not the total purchase price (jewellery + setting). For example, when buying a 50€ piece of jewellery with the engraving service 50€ it adds up to a total value of 100€. In exchange for another jewel, the value is only 50€.
6.SHIPPING COST +
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment. The shipping cost depends on the country.
All shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer, payable directly to the local authorities. The shipping fee charged covers only the cost of sending the order from our studio to the customer’s address, and Qimera Studio cannot predict, control, or reimburse any customs-related charges.
RETURNS
1.SIZE EXCHANGE +
You will be able to change the size of the rings within 15 days from the moment you receive the piece. We recommend that you choose the size as carefully as possible as each piece is custom made.
We always want to make sure the size before starting production, it is very important for us to not make waste of any piece so you should make sure.
If you are unsure of your size, you can find our size guide section where we explain the most reliable way to measure your finger. You can also find finger size sizers in your local jewellery shop. 2. EXCHANGE & RETURNS CONDITIONS +
As we are craftsmen, we do not accept returns. While some pieces may be kept in stock, they are not fully finished. Each item is only completed and adjusted to the requested size once the order is placed. As a result, all of our jewellry is ultimately personalized.​
You can request an exchange within 15 days of purchase. For rings, exchanges are only accepted for size changes or adjustments. For earrings, exchanges are accepted for adjustments or for another product of equal or greater value.

It is only possible to exchange as long as the piece is in the state in which it was purchased. We therefore recommend that you keep the order in the packaging.
