ABOUT QIMERA STUDIO JEWELLERY

1. WHAT MATERIALS ARE QIMERA STUDIO JEWELLERY MADE FROM?

All Qimera Studio jewellery is made from Sterling Silver. Each piece is carefully handcrafted and individually finished in our atelier. In the final stage, a protective coating is applied, which ensures a longer-lasting shine and protection against oxidation. This finish preserves the beauty of the piece for longer, always respecting the natural properties of the material.

2. ARE THE JEWELLERY PICES NICKEL-FREE?

Yes. All of our pieces are completely nickel-free and hypoallergenic, designed to ensure comfort and safety for daily wear.

Although silver can come into contact with water, we do not recommend wearing jewellery while showering. Frequent exposure to soaps, shampoos, lotions, and other products may compromise the protective coating and accelerate the natural oxidation process.

We recommend applying perfume directly to your clothing and waiting for moisturizers or other cosmetics to be fully absorbed before putting on your jewellery, as these substances can affect the longevity of the protective coating.

5. HOW SHOULD I CARE MY JEWELLERY?

We advise treating your jewellery with care. When not in use, jewellery should be stored inside the protective pouch provided with your order to avoid prolonged exposure to air. Cleaning should be done only when necessary, using the 100% cotton cloth included in every shipment. Since all pieces have a protective coating, excessive cleaning may reduce its durability. Proper care will help preserve the shine and integrity of your piece over time.

6. HOW DO I KNOW MY CORRECT RING SIZE?

If you are unsure about your ring size, we recommend consulting our sizing guide. For greater accuracy, we suggest visiting a traditional jewellery store to measure the finger on which you intend to wear the ring. If you need assistance, you can contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com.

7. HOW DO I KNOW IF EARRINGS LIKE THE NOMADA OR PICARD BIG WILL FIT MY EAR?

For earrings that hug the earlobe, such as the Nomada Earrings and the Picard Big Earring, it is important to know the size of your earlobe in advance. This will help you choose the correct size of Nomada Earrings and determine if the Picard Big Earring is suitable for your ear. Using a ruler, you can measure the dimensions of your earlobe and compare them with the product information to ensure the earrings will fit correctly. If you are unsure whether the earrings will fit perfectly, you can contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com, providing the measurements of your ear and earring hole. It is also possible to create Nomada Earrings to your specific measurements through a custom order.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

1. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you have specific questions regarding delivery to your country, you can contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com.

2. WHAT DOES A QIMERA STUDIO ORDER INCLUDE?

Your order is personally prepared by me in our atelier, with the utmost care and attention to detail. The jewellery is carefully placed in a protective pouch and inserted into its presentation box. The order also includes a 100% cotton cleaning cloth suitable for maintaining your piece without damage, as well as a personal note written by me. All of these elements are carefully arranged inside a gift box, wrapped with a satin ribbon. Every detail of the presentation has been thoughtfully designed and crafted by me, reflecting my passion for care, aesthetics, and the special moment of opening a Qimera Studio piece.

3. HOW IS MY ORDER PREPARED?

After your order is confirmed, the piece is finished manually by me in our atelier. In the final stage, I apply a protective coating, ensuring longer-lasting shine, durability, and protection against oxidation. The preparation time varies between 1 to 5 business days.

4. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and is being processed. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.

5. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days via CTT or 1 to 3 business days via DHL Express within Europe. For items on pre-order, shipments will be sent according to the waiting list and within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase.

6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to view the status of your order through the provided tracking link. If you need any assistance understanding the status of your order, please contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com

 

If you require your order urgently, it is possible to request an expedited 12-hour delivery, which will take effect after the package has been handed over to DHL Express. The cost for this service will be calculated at the time of request, and you should contact us via qimerastudio@gmail.com to arrange it.

7. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. CAN YOU HELP?

Yes. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, you should contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com with your order number. We will follow up with the carrier. Please note that delivery is handled by an external service, so our ability to intervene is limited to communication with the transport company.

8. HOW DO I USE A GIFT CARD?

Gift card codes should be entered during the final stage of checkout. In the “Order Summary” section, you will find an option to “Redeem a gift card,” where you can enter your code.

9. CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR METHOD AFTER ORDERING?

Yes, you can change your shipping address or delivery method within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, if the order has already been processed or is in the final stages of manual preparation, changes may no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at qimerastudio@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1. I MADE THE WRONG ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You should contact us immediately at qimerastudio@gmail.com. We can make changes to your order within the first 24 hours after purchase. Once the order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

4. I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to an additional 5 business days to appear in your account.

2. MY JEWELLERY DOESN'T FIT. WHAT CAN I DO?

No problem at all. We will be very happy to adjust your piece to your measurements so that it fits perfectly and can be worn comfortably. Please contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com to arrange the adjustment.

3. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes. Within 14 days of receiving your order, if you change your mind, you can exchange it for another piece of equal or higher value, paying any difference in price. Contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com and we will guide you through the entire process.

5. CAN I RETURN AS ITEM?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start the process, you must contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com and include your order number. To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions: the item must never have been worn, must not have any defect or damage, and all packaging, accessories, and contents of the box must be returned in perfect condition. Missing any component may prevent the acceptance of the return. The return shipment must be properly labeled with the order number, and a tracking number must be provided via email when shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

PAYMENTS AND INVOICING

1. DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT OR ADDITIONAL FEES?

All prices listed include VAT, as well as any shipping costs indicated at checkout.

2. HOW CAN I REQUEST MY INVOICE?

During checkout, you may enter your VAT number. If you need the invoice after purchase, you can request it via qimerastudio@gmail.com.

GIFTS

1. WILL MY ORDER BE SENT AS A GIFT?

Yes, all orders are prepared with the care and presentation of a gift.

2. CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE?

Yes. If you would like to include a personal message, please contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com after placing your order.

3. WILL THE PRICE APPEAR IN THE PACKAGE?

No price information is included inside the package.

4. CAN THE RECIPIENT EXCHANGE THE GIFT?

Yes. The recipient should contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt, and we will gladly guide them through the exchange process.
