This document establishes the conditions for using the website www.qimerastudio.com, as well as the conditions for purchasing products through it.

By accessing and browsing this website or using its services, you expressly and fully accept these General Terms and Conditions and the documents to which they are referred. For this reason, we recommend that you read them carefully. If you do not agree with their content, you must not use this site. 1. TERMS OF USE OF OUR WEBSITE +

By using our website and placing orders through it, you agree to:

- Not place false or fraudulent orders, or register or place orders by deliberately providing false or inaccurate information or impersonating a third party. 

- Not to take any action aimed at damaging, blocking, damaging, rendering useless, overloading, temporarily or permanently, the functionalities, tools, contents and/or infrastructure of the website, in order to prevent its normal use. 

- Not to use any of the materials and information contained in this website for illicit purposes expressly prohibited in these General Conditions of Use, which are contrary to the rights and interests of QIMERA STUDIO, its users and/or third parties.

Likewise, it is expressly forbidden to introduce hyperlinks for commercial purposes on websites that do not belong to QIMERA STUDIO, which allow access to our website, without prior consent. The existence of hyperlinks on external websites does not imply, in any case, the existence of commercial or commercial relations with the owner of the website where the hyperlink is established, nor the acceptance by QIMERA STUDIO of its contents or services.

The User will be responsible for all damages of any nature that QIMERA STUDIO or any third party may suffer as a result of non-compliance with any of the obligations to which they are subject under these General Conditions or the law in relation to access and/or use of this page. 

2. ORDER PROCESS +

At the end of the ordering process, you will be asked to press the "Buy" button to confirm your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, it will be sent to QIMERA STUDIO for processing. Confirmation of your order implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. An email will be sent to you with your order details. 

 

Orders for QIMERA STUDIO products can only be placed by natural persons and companies without any intention of resale.  Any resale or distribution of QIMERA STUDIO products purchased on the website www.qimerastudio.com is strictly prohibited. 

Any data registered through the website www.qimerastudio.com will serve as proof of the transactions carried out between QIMERA STUDIO and its customers. 

 

In case of dispute between QIMERA STUDIO and one of its customers regarding a transaction carried out on the website www.qimerastudio.com, the data recorded by QIMERA STUDIO will be considered as irrefutable proof of the transaction contained therein.

QIMERA STUDIO may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. To place an order through the QIMERA STUDIO online store, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of placing the order.

3. MATERIAL +

All pieces are made in silver 925 with the possibility of 24K gold plating. Some with synthetic stones and other natural stones.

4. WARRANTY +

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by lack of precaution and improper use (eg exposure to creams, perfumes, pool or sea water, etc.). Also, the rapid disappearance of the gold bath, conditioned by the natural PH of each skin, is not included in the guarantee.

5. PRICE +

Qimera Studio reserves the right to change the price of the jewels, as well as carry out the promotional campaigns scheduled in its annual marketing plan.

Any changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

6. EXCHANGES & RETURNS +

As we are craftsmen, we do not accept returns. All sales of specially discounted items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be returned.

 

You can exchange your order up to 15 days after purchase. If 15 days have passed since you received the order, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange it. 

 

To make exchanges, you must inform us by email qimerastudio@gmail.com within the period established above.

 

It is only possible to exchange as long as the piece is in the state in which it was purchased. We therefore recommend that you keep the order in the packaging. The exchange is only allowed for an item of equal or greater value, in the latter case having to pay the remaining amount. If you are not currently interested in any of our items or if the item chosen for exchange is of a lower value than the purchase price, a voucher will be issued with the value in question so that you can use it in a future purchase.

In the case of engraved pieces, it is possible to exchange or adjust the size,  In the case of exchanging for another piece, the exchange value is only considered that of the base piece, not the total purchase price (jewellery + setting). For example, when buying a 100€ piece of jewellery with the engraving service 30€ it adds up to a total value of 130€. In exchange for another jewel, the value is only 100€.

 

If the exchange is for reasons of any defect in the articles or our mistake, QIMERA STUDIO assumes responsibility and costs inherent to the process.

Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for any problems with the package once it is in transit, but we will do our best to help you and offer a solution.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY + 

QIMERA STUDIO does not guarantee or represent that the website www.qimerastudio.com is free of viruses, “worms”, “trojans” or other types of destructive material.

7. REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE +

For any repair or maintenance you can send an email to qimerastudio@gmail.com.

8. REFUNDS +

As we are craftsmen, we do not accept returns. All sales of specially discounted items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be returned.

9. PAYMENTS +

10. SHIPMENTS +

All national shipments will be carried out by CTT (Portugal Post Office).

 

For purchases under €300, shipping costs apply. For Portugal shipping costs 3.90. For outside Portugal the shipping costs vary by country


Qimera ships worldwide. Unfortunately, some countries do not allow imports of precious metals like silver and gold. These regulations are subject to change and may result in your order being unable to proceed.

Shipments to national territory (mainland Portugal), in normal situations, takes 24/48h (business day). Islands about 5 days. International territory, varies from territory to territory.

 

For items that are available in stock and ready to ship, please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipment as they need to be hallmarked by the assay office, the entity responsible for legalizing and controlling the sale of precious metals such as silver and gold. This ensures that everything is in perfect condition before it reaches your hands. If there is any inconvenience with this waiting period between purchase and shipment, please contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com. . Made by order- All our pieces are individually crafted and take approximately 15 to 20 working days to be ready. The shipping time is calculated from that point onward. If two delivery attempts are unsuccessful, resulting in the order being returned to us, a new shipment will only be arranged after a new postage payment. 

All orders will be shipped via DHL Express and are processed on Mondays or Fridays (excluding holidays), after purchase. 

Important: Please note that if the delivery address is in a country outside the EU, you automatically become an importer. This means that your order will usually be retained in customs upon arrival in your country, waiting for the importer (you) to comply with the payment of duties and taxes. Qimera Studio will not be made responsible for the payment of these costs.
