Jewellery may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to proceed with an exchange, you may select another piece of equal or higher value, paying any applicable difference in price. To initiate either an exchange or a return, you must contact us at qimerastudio@gmail.com, providing your order number. You will be guided through the process to ensure it is handled smoothly and efficiently.

For a return or exchange to be approved, the piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in perfect condition. All original packaging, accessories, and contents included in the box must also be returned intact, as the absence of any element may result in the request being declined.

The exchanges and return shipment must be clearly labeled with the order number visible on the outside of the package, and the tracking number must be sent to us by email at the time of dispatch. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Qimera Studio cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once the returned item has been received and carefully inspected, any applicable refund will be processed within 48 business hours and issued via the original payment method. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
