Made to order: This piece requires an extended number of hours to be completed. It is shaped slowly, through a meticulous process where no detail is rushed. Crafted from start to finish by a single pair of hands, it reflects a different kind of time, one measured not in urgency, but in care. Please allow 20 to 25 business days for its creation.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
If your piece does not feel perfect, we may be able to adjust it to ensure the ideal fit.
Each piece must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with original packaging.

As we are craftsmen, we do not accept returns. While some pieces may be kept in stock, they are not fully finished. Each item is only completed and adjusted to the requested size once the order is placed. As a result, all of our jewellry is ultimately personalized.​

You can request an exchange within 15 days of purchase, but only for size changes or adjustments, 

To request an exchange, please inform us by email  qimerastudio@gmail.com within the period established above.

It is only possible to exchange as long as the piece is in the state in which it was purchased. We therefore recommend that you keep the order in the packaging. 

If the exchange is for reasons of any defect in the articles or our mistake, QIMERA STUDIO assumes responsibility and costs inherent to the process. 

Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for any problems with the package once it is in transit, but we will do our best to help you and offer a solution.
